It’s Christmas time, and we remember what the prophets said: “For unto us a child is born, and unto us a son is given.” But for the Pillman family in February it was a daughter born. Sophia is now 10 months old and is a hardy, content, and playful soul. She says a handful of words is walking confidently! She puts a laugh into our family every day. Anna (5) had a memorable fall. First by starting school this Fall, and then by falling and breaking her leg when she fell off her bike. She loves her school and is now reading short books with ease. Her cast is off and she is running again. Caleb (4) is in his element helping outside and using his new set of tools. He also learned to ride a two wheeler this summer! He has cracked the first words in reading. That look on a little one's face when they put sounds together into something they understand is a wonderful moment.
